Innovative Outcomes Launches New

iPak™ Unit Dose Packaging with QR Feature

The commitment by Innovative Outcomes to provide patients not only wound care supplies, but information the patient can use in their efforts to become healthier, is evident by the launch of the new Innovative Outcomes iPak™. The QR coded iPak is the latest version of Innovative Outcomes’s patient-centric unit dose packaging which was rolled out to Innovative Outcomes’s clinic- based customers June 1, 2016. Long-term care facilities will continue to receive resident wound care supplies in customized unit dose packaging and can expect to see the addition of the QR coded iPak technology to the packaging in late 2016.

The QR coded iPak has everything needed for one dressing change and provides simple access to a variety of wound-care-specific information to assist patients and their caregivers by way of videos and online communication tools. The iPak planned for the long-term care facilities will have the same packaging and will feature videos clinicians will find helpful and informative in the care of the facility residents.

Innovative Outcomes has always been a trendsetter in the field of wound care supply delivery and we continue that tradition with the launch of the iPak. We believe it is important to use available technology to train, educate and inform patients about wound-care-related topics such as hygiene and nutrition in addition to product specific information – the QR coded iPak allows us to do that. Wound care is all we do at Innovative Outcomes. We are committed to improving the lives of our patients by investing in services that provide wound care products and the information that they need to heal

Innovative Outcomes was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas.
